TAI – Rey Juan Carlos I
Head of Music Department
During the academic year 2013/14 I participated in the implementation of the first bachelor in Music Composing with universitary rank in Spain, by Rey Juan Carlos University through TAI arts school, in Madrid.
After a short time I was appointed Head of the Music Department of the institution, next to José Luis Merlin (artistic director). I also took charge of the Instrumentation – Orchestration classes in this university degree, called Contemporary Music Composition.
At the end of the year I also actively participated in the development of an academic program entitled “Musical preparation course”, together with María Hidalgo, designed as a preliminary training for higher education.
