On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the death of Antoni Urgellès.
In the second half of the 19th century, in Vilanova i la Geltrú, there were at least three active dance orchestras: “Els Joves”, by Magí Sans, “Els Vells”, by Jaume Puig and “Els Vius”, by Antoni Urgellès The Camerata Eduard Toldrà, directed by Esteve Molero, is transformed for a day into a nineteenth-century orchestra that performs the dance repertoire written by Antoni Urgellès, whose death is commemorated this year on the 125th anniversary.
